Senior Solution Designer * 2 (Financial Services)

Ayan Infotech is recruiting 2 Senior Solution Designers (Financial Services) 12-month contract positions in Melbourne, CBD.
The work environment is supportive of a hybrid work model and a highly attractive daily rate is on offer - $1000 or above relevant to experience!
Solution Designer requires Modelling/Design skills with Financial Services Information Framework (IFW) or Logical Data Model (Banking model skills) and who can translate the modelling into a technical solution.
Skills and experience needed:

• Designing and implementing data models to support business requirements Ensuring that data structures are optimized for efficiency and scalability.
• Developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models within the DBT framework.
• Managing and maintaining data dictionaries and metadata repositories.
• Writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Optimizing and tuning SQL performance.
• Collaborating with data engineering teams to automate and streamline data pipelines.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services and data ingestions between On Prem to Cloud and Cloud to Cloud interfaces.
• Working closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.
• Documenting data models and processes for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to team knowledge sharing.

This contract will provide the opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experience and competent global IT delivery team. Our client invests millions of dollars in their IT environment, which will allow the contractor to work with the latest releases to what technology offers.
I have been told that the work is ongoing and that there is strong potential for the contract to be extended for another 12-months.
