I-MED Northeastern Region is seeking an experienced, qualified Sonographer to fill the position of Ultrasound Site Supervisor at Boronia
As a Senior Sonographer you will work closely with the clinic teams, teaching teams and Ultrasound Coordinator to achieve a consistently high standard of patient care whilst achieving clinic productivity targets.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring the provision of the highest quality of patient care possible.
- Mentoring and coaching of less experienced staff and students
- Developing and supporting effective working relationships with external stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with I-MED's Work Health &Safety policies.
Core Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to perform all ultrasound examinations within the designated time frames.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to the I-MED Visions and Values.
What we're looking for:
- Registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)
- Previous experience in sonography in a busy clinic and hospital environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
