Accounts Payable Finance Professional

Are you an ace at handling finances? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for an exceptional Accounts Payable Finance Professional to join our clients dynamic team in Albion Park .

Role Overview: As an Accounts Payable Finance Professional, you'll be instrumental in managing the reconciliation of credit cards and overseeing large workflow volumes. Your expertise in using Sage platforms will be crucial in navigating our financial systems efficiently. Handling credit card processing will be second nature to you, and you'll ensure seamless transactions with precision and accuracy. Additionally, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as you'll be responsible for answering phones and engaging in clear correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile credit card transactions promptly and accurately.
  • Manage a high volume of workflow effectively, maintaining attention to detail and strong time management.
  • Utilize your expertise in Sage/Loctane platforms to streamline financial processes.
  • Process credit card transactions with finesse and adherence to protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in phone interactions and written correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
  • Proficiency in reconciliation of credit cards and managing large workflow volumes.
  • Prior experience using Sage platforms is essential.
  • Strong understanding of credit card processing procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • Availability to commence on Monday, 27th May 2024.
  • Potential for a view for permanent in the role for right candidate
  • Pay range needs to be identified on cover letter.
