Coffee Expertise and Customer Experience

• Taking care of the guest coffee experience from hello to see you again
• Taking the lead in coffee standards throughout the business
• Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of the coffee and drinks section
• Ensure excellent and consistent presentation of drinks and food 
• Be involved with the opening of new venues (career progression)
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years specialty coffee experience.  Know the drill when it comes to adjusting the grind, getting the perfect shot and frothing the perfect milk!
