Our client is an innovative provider of allied health services in Brisbane. With a focus on quality and innovation, they are now recruiting a Senior Speech Pathologist to join their growing team.

- Above market salary: $115-140K + Super, in line with your experience
- Bonus: Up to $11,500-14K of your base salary/year, based on your achievement of reasonable targets (10% of base)
- Travel: $7500/year travel allowance ($625 paid monthly)

The Role
- Manage a varied caseload, with the option to focus on paediatrics or adults, depending on your experience & interests
- Assess, diagnose, screen and prevent language, speech, & swallowing disorders
- Communicate with the patient & liaise with their family members, physicians and teachers to design effective treatment plans
- Use established therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide optimum care
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in the field, attend conferences, conduct research & expand your professional network
- Educate patients & their families on speech disorders and available therapies
- Take detailed notes on patient history & progress
- Assist with training & mentoring of other therapists as the team grows
- Visit clients & work from your home office
Location
Full caseloads are currently available in Brisbane/North & also, Ipswich. Depending on your location, you will initially provide services in one (or both) of these areas. Once established, the team will aim to build a caseload as close to your local area as possible.
