The Company & Role:
This role is ideal for experienced Speech Pathologist looking to transition into a leadership-focused position. You'll have the opportunity to manage and develop a small team while continuing to enhance your leadership skills. In this role, you'll handle a mix of management tasks and client work, with flexibility in your caseload based on your location and preferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and mentoring younger clinicians.
- Establishing industry relationships and contributing to team growth.
- Providing exceptional client care within the NDIS
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimise client outcomes.
About You:
- Experienced Speech Pathologist working with a mixed caseload.
- Knowledge and experience in the NDIS.
- Current SPA registration and working with children's check.
- Valid Australian driver's license.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others grow.
- Understanding of NDIS guidelines and assessments.
