What we can offer
For potential permanent candidates, we are currently offering the following recruitment incentives:
- Relocation costs for intrastate up to $2,500; interstate up to $5,000 and overseas up to $8,000
- Up to 10 weeks accommodation (either in hospital shared accommodation or $350/week)
- $1,000 PD support at end of successful probationary period (6 months) and another $2,000 PD support at 12 - 15 months (Professional Development must be related to role at the facility and approved through hospital PD request processes)

About You:
To be successful in this role you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong experience as a Speech Pathologist in a multidisciplinary team. You will be a motivated, passionate professional, who thrives on supporting people in the local community. We pride ourselves on a positive team culture, where innovation and participation and a safe, supportive work environment is encouraged.
- Experience in acute inpatient care
- Emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Flexibility, ability to prioritise, multi-task and problem solve.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
You will require the following qualifications:
- Qualification in Speech Pathology / Speech Therapy (Undergraduate or Masters)
- Full registration with AHPRA
- Victoria working with Children's Check
- Police screening checks
