About the Role
Reporting to the Group Talent Director, the Talent Partner holds a generalist role that will lead across capability and performance, culture and engagement, compliance, and talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and be a trusted advisor across the employee life cycle.
- Own the firm’s succession planning strategy.
- Support the delivery of development programs and performance management.
- Ensure compliance across the firm utilising HRIS, Employment Hero.
- Lead end to end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, screening, setting up interviews, assessments, background checks and offers.
- Lead graduate recruitment and manage the graduate training program and learning and development.
- Create onboarding programs tailored to level and roles and ensure seamless entrance into Forethought.
- Manage offboarding and other colleague changes within the firm.
About You

What you will bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Psychology, or related degree.
• 3 years’ experience as a HR generalist including recruitment.
• Advanced communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to identify where great talent can be utilised within the business.
• Experience with early career recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Strong focus of achieving outcomes and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with Employment Hero highly regarded.
