The Role:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join the team as Senior Associate Structural Engineer.

Leverage your client management skills and industry expertise to develop and expand the project portfolio. You will initially be focusing on project delivery, and gradually transition into a strategic leadership position, guiding the direction of the business and leading a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a quality portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive business growth by leveraging your network and expertise to attract new clients and projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and long-term planning to position the consultancy as a leader in the industry.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Structural design engineering, with a strong track record of Project Management and client relations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the vision and ambition to drive growth and success.
• Proven ability to build and manage teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Existing network within the Sydney market is highly desirable.
• Option to bring existing team members onboard is available for the right candidate.
