Address About the Role:
Multiple Senior Structural Engineers required for key mining and resource projects
Brownfield and greenfield projects
Focus on the Structural Engineering design and analysis of steel and concrete structures for mining plant structures. Also will have some focus on non process infrastructure and miscellaneous structures
Utilising SpaceGass.
Coordinating structural designers
Preparing calculation reports and design reports
Liaising closely with stakeholders
Perth CBD based with ad hoc site visits
Initial 12 month contract with strong chance of extension
Competitive hourly rate offered
Well regarded engineering consultants
Key Criteria
Formal Civil/Structural Engineering qualifications that are recognised by Engineers Australia
7 years + experience as a Structural Engineer with previous mining /heavy industrial experience
Strong SpaceGass experience.
Good working knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.
Ability to produce reports and interface with stakeholders
Strong understanding of safety in design
Excellent team skills
