We're currently searching for passionate construction professionals who enjoy working on large iconic projects. It's advantageous if you have structure exposure on projects $20m plus in value. Typically, our client works within the Residential/Commercial multi level sector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage all structures activity on site, staff, sub-contractors and consultants
- Manage and ensure compliance with OH&S, QA, company policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement and maintain programme, site diary and supply records.
- Submit all paperwork in accordance with the timeframes specified
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Trade qualifications, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of structures trades
- Ability to solve problems whilst maintaining subcontractor relationships and programme.
- Excellent knowledge of subcontractors
