Due to an increase in workload, we are looking to hire multiple Senior ROV Technicians to complement our highly skilled team.
Position Summary
We are seeking applications from Senior ROV Technicians.
You will be responsible for operating Remotely Operated Vehicles, Subsea Tooling and Tensioning and Reel Systems in a safe and efficient manner.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all electronic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and sub-systems, including component repair, replacement and troubleshooting.
Qualification and Training
- Bachelor degree in Science/HND/HNC or equivalent in Electronic or Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineering and/or recognised Trade qualification in similar discipline
- HUET
- Completion of all requirements for ROV Senior Technician and 150 hours piloting and 6 evaluation forms
Experience
- Proven track record in supervising offshore ROV operations in one or more of the following:
- Construction projects
- Surveying
- Drill support
- Intervention
- Demonstrated experience using Workclass ROV Systems: Magnum, Triton, Eyeball Systems, Triton XL, Trojan
- Experience using:
- Workclass ROV Systems: Super Scorpio(desirable)
- Intervention Tooling: TDU (desirable)
- Torque Tools (desirable)
- LAOT (desirable)
- Injection Skids/Pumps (desirable)
- 3 Phase HVAC Distribution Systems (desirable)
