The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Senior Superintendent Representativeto join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide expert advice and information to assist Project Managers in undertaking and administering dispute resolution processes in respect to building and engineering construction
- Implementing contract administration policies and procedures applicable to traditional contracts
- Acting in accordance with Queensland Health procedures and systems in respect to contract administration and contractual provisions
- Implementing post contract performance evaluation systems and procedures
- Effectively communicating with project team members, in relation to all potential cost, time and quality issues
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary degree in a relevant field or a relevant qualification in construction, contract or project management would be well regarded
- Drivers Licence
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Temporary full time (12 months, with possibility of extension)
- Base salary ranging from $117 824 - $126 212 per annum
