An opportunity has become available for a Senior Superintendent Representative to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
* Provide expert advice and information to assist Project Managers in undertaking and administering dispute resolution processes in respect to building and engineering construction
* Implementing contract administration policies and procedures applicable to traditional contracts
* Acting in accordance with Queensland Health procedures and systems in respect to contract administration and contractual provisions
* Implementing post contract performance evaluation systems and procedures
* Effectively communicating with project team members, in relation to all potential cost, time and quality issues
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
* Whilst not mandatory, a tertiary degree in a relevant field or a relevant qualification in construction, contract or project management would be well regarded
* Drivers Licence
* Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
* Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
* Temporary full time (12 months, with possibility of extension)
* Base salary ranging from $117 824 - $126 212 per annum
