We also love the challenge our business is facing right now! We are looking for a suitably qualified Senior Systems Analyst to join our team and help take our client engagements to a new level.

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst with a high level of skill and experience, to be part of our projects team. In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex systems. You will ensure that projects meet the high standard of service that we provide to our clients and that the service delivery is done with a customer-first approach. The role will work closely with our client services team to help drive revenue by assisting in presales tasks and the successful delivery of the projects.

• You have experience conducting comprehensive systems analysis to identify requirements for system enhancements and new projects.
• You can collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• You can lead engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• You have experience designing and validating innovative and practical solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
• You are committed to driving your professional development - technical specialisation and technical management. 
• You are instinctive and proactive about wanting to bridge your knowledge gaps to provide first-class insights to clients and the colleague’s you mentor.

• You are highly professional with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and can develop outstanding client relationships at all levels of an organisation.

• Level 3 experience working within an MSP environment, working as part of the team and mentoring fellow team members.
• Ability to create documentation of a highly technical nature whilst also being mindful of the target audience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft's 365 suite – Identity Management, Security, Intune, Autopilot, DLP and AI solutions.
• Highly knowledgeable with Virtualisation technologies such as VMware & Hyper-V.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server technologies – AD DS, GPO, NPS, DFS.
• Proficient knowledge of server & storage infrastructure including iSCSI, Fibre & SAS SAN products.
• Deep understanding of LAN/WLAN (802.1x, EAP, iPSK, VXLAN), WAN (IPsec, BGP) and Security (ZTNA, IPS/IDS, SIEM) technologies.
• Previous experience with implementing various Microsoft, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Sophos, Veeam and other technologies with a focus to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• Previous experience with public cloud vendor's technology such as Azure, AWS and Google.
• Previous experience deploying and maintaining Voice and Unified Communications platforms such as 3CX, Microsoft Teams and Cisco.
• Sound knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies using tools such as Veeam.
• Experience working with Dell server and storage infrastructure.
