We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.DutiesIn supporting the Tasmanian Liquor and Gaming Commission and the Commissioner for Licensing, undertake regulatory activities in relation to gambling activities of licence holders, the operation of gaming systems, investigations, complaints and disciplinary matters associated with liquor and gaming regulation.As a member of a small team, undertake analysis of gaming data and systems and provide advice to internal and external stakeholders in relation to the regulation of liquor and gaming activities.In the context of the selection criteria, to be successful in the position applicants will have:
- the ability to undertake complex research and investigations with limited supervision;
- demonstrated ability to provide advice on relevant legislation and the ability to exercise sound judgement;
- demonstrated ability to understand issues and identify solutions; and
- the ability to provide accurate advice in relation to liquor and gaming compliance.
