The Opportunity:
Sephora Australia is looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join on a 2 year fixed-term contract to drive the Australian store team’s management and specialist roles recruitment whilst also driving HQ recruitment and supporting brand partners on their local recruitment.
Through partnering with our regional and local TA team, you will play a lead role in delivering our local and regional projects that will deliver our TA strategy. Using key metrics to guide decisions you will constantly aim to evolve our TA practices to drive Sephora ANZ’s employer attraction to support our fast growing team.

  • Providing professional and tailored end to end recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain top talent in the market for both retail and HQ roles.
  • Partnering with District Managers and Store Managers to embed consistent and effective recruitment practices for the wider cast recruitment for their store to ensure a positive candidate experience, including for all New Store Openings.
  • Completing the annual seasonal recruitment drives to ensure the right support is in place in time to support peak trade.
  • Promoting our global EVP to internal and external talent by ensuring it is embedded in all ANZ processes.
  • In partnership with TA team, support the effective and efficient on-boarding of all new hires to ensure alignment with audit requirements. Including Visa compliance.
  • Participating in weekly reporting to analyze business trends across your roles, such as TA metrics, turnover, and talent KPI’s.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimization of any global HRIS or talent systems.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
  • A proven recruitment background, a blend of agency and/or in-house environments within a global organization.
  • Prior experience within fast paced or retail/digital/ beauty industry are highly desirable.
  • Experience managing high volume and specialised role recruitment campaigns.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for recruitment support and activities, nationally and internationally.
  • Experience using various sourcing channels.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Experience in targeted selection and talent mapping would be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to partner and influence with stakeholders.
  • Creates a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Ability to support competing priorities.
