AddressFromHereOn is a dynamic and scaling tech consultancy known for its innovative approach and strong community focus. We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our TA function and help shape the future of talent management in our company.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and own the TA function, driving strategy and management
- Develop and share the future of Talent Acquisition within the company
- Liaise with managers, create talent briefs, manage hiring, interviewing, and coaching
- Define and coordinate TA processes and manage the talent pipeline
- Resource and build internal teams for our growing consultancy
- Work autonomously and be resilient and self-sufficient
- Manage People & Culture Coordinator

- Jobadder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek
- (Bonus) AI tools like Roy AI, ChatGPT
Who You Are:
- Curious, engaging and aligned to our values

- Foundational or advanced understanding of Enterprise & Business Architecture
- Currently working in a TA function & experience in either a tech startup, tech consultancy or large organisation, seeking more responsibility
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Ability to pivot quickly when required
- A people person who enjoys being part of a team
