The Role- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Managing a team of accountants - delegating and reviewing work and managing workflow
- Establishing and monitoring budgets
- Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for all types of entities
- Working closely with a diverse group of clients and providing full compliance as well as value-added services.
- Be a key member of the management team.
- Have 5 plus years of experience as a tax and business services accountant in public practice accounting within Australia
- CA /CPA qualified or near completion
- Experience in Australia in a public accountancy practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with cloud-based software XERO XPM is desirable
- Enjoy training and mentoring staff.
- Have work rights, Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency status in Australia.
- Salary $125,000 Inclusive of Super
