Form of workParagon Consultants is a well established Firm of Chartered Accountants located in Nedlands. We are looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join our friendly team.
We are a progressive Firm with a supportive team culture and offer regular training sessions to our valued team of Accountants.
The Role
- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and self managed superannuation funds
- Assist with income tax and accounting advice
- Prepare BAS, IAS and FBT returns for lodgement with the ATO
- Liaise with clients, the ATO and ASIC
- Mentoring Graduate Accountants
- Reviewing client work
Skills & Experience Required for the Role
- Minimum four to eight years experience in a similar role
- Working towards completion of CA or CPA qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Willing to work in a team environment
