Furthermore, you get to use this tax knowledge in mentoring and designing training programs for both the specialised tax team’s training as well as for up skilling the Junior Staff.
The intention is to ‘fast track’ your career. They want a Senior to strengthen quickly in order to take on a Supervisor portfolio within 12 months.
