About the role
Our team provide independent audit, assurance and risk advisory services across a wide range of industries and sectors. They work with clients to help increase their confidence in the integrity of their information, systems and processes.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide top-tier administrative support to our senior leadership while also playing a crucial role in fostering connections with our valued clients and representing the firm.
- Manage client onboarding and exits (CRM updates, ethical/engagement letters)
- Organise and oversee client files
- Assist in client correspondence and fee preparation
- Support workpaper compilation and financial document collation
- Maintain Company Secretarial Registers using Corporate Affairs System (CAS)
- Liaise with the (Australian Taxation Office (ATO) & Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to client related matters, including lodgements of tax returns, activity statements, and corporate documents
- Create/maintain standard templates
- Providing general administration support to Directors and the team with expense claims and diary management.
About you
- Demonstrated office administration experience (experience within the professional services industry and/or a Chartered Accounting firm will be highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and well developed computer literacy
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative approach to teamwork and the ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- A driven individual, who has a genuine desire to help people and a focus on exceeding your personal, as well as the wider teams’ goals
