What role will you play?
Your role will be leading the business analysis capability in a program of work transforming how a critical business area runs its regulatory reporting. As a Business Analyst you will collaborate with stakeholders and teams from across the eco-system to identify their needs and assist in translating these to requirements and user stories. You will help to map and analyse current state processes and data flows and design future state processes.
It will be important for you to identify client needs through in-depth research and data analysis spanning across the value chain and ensure both upstream and downstream impacts are considered, as well as work closely with our data and platform teams to deliver quality regulatory and risk outcomes.
What you offer
- 5+ years experience as a senior Business Analyst in banking and financial services data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the demonstrated ability to autonomously manage senior relationships across complex ecosystems
- Proficient in SQL to query and analyse data from various sources
- Experience on data transformation or regulatory/risk reporting change is beneficial
- Understanding of data lineage and data mapping is also beneficial experience
