Our client requires a senior Technical "hands on" Business Analyst to support a business BA, and be the primary conduit between the application development team and the business. This is an exciting digital self service portal project, which forms part of a wider tech transformation.
About you:
* Insurance experience (preferred but not mandatory) and a minimum of 7 years tech BA experience
* Leadership experience
* Focused on getting alignment on business requirements and technical delivery - driving to outcomes
* Customer Self-service projects would be an advantage - customer centricity
* Process modelling
* Understand agile delivery and be used to working in a fast paced (fortnightly releases) environment
* Good comms and documentation skills
* Any experience in Identity Access Management or CIAM would be highly regarded
