Job Overview:

This is a permanent position with a hybrid work model which can be based in either Perth, WA or Sydney, NSW.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing technical expertise, strategic guidance, and innovative solutions in collaboration with clients. You'll address the challenges posed by the explosive growth of email, documents, and data, ensuring that users have faster, more flexible systems to deliver the levels of service required to remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities (include / not limited to):

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique technical requirements and challenges.
• Specialize in Document Management Solutions (DMS), cloud-based systems (particularly Microsoft Azure), business process and workflow management, SQL, application integrations and implementations.
• Design, implement, and optimize DMS solutions within the Azure cloud environment.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and consultancy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimization of workflows
• Conduct systems assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization, tailored to the unique needs of clientele.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Consultant with a strong focus on Document Management Solutions (DMS)
• Intricate knowledge of cloud-based systems (Microsoft Azure), business process management and workflow principles.
• Proficiency in SQL
• Demonstrated experience in successfully integrating applications and data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts, to non-technical stakeholders in the context of client-focused solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing DMS-focused projects from inception to completion.
