Your Role
As a Senior Technical Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design and development of cloud-based architecture solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux, networking, virtualization, and systems security to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, ensuring that the solutions meet both the technical and business requirements of our clients and Evolution’s internal private cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:
- Architect and design comprehensive, scalable, and cost-effective cloud and system solutions that align with customers and business objectives.
- Serve as a technical lead in projects, guiding a team in the implementation of designed architectures.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on cloud and system architecture strategies, best practices, and optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, deliver technical presentations, and demonstrate how our services and solutions meet their needs.
- Present proposals to clients alongside the sales team.
- Provide 3rd Level support and manage escalation when required.

Experience & Skills to Thrive:
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in the IT industry with at least 3 years in a Presales role preferably in the MSP space.
- Experience working on large engagements and have the ability to put together complex technology solutions.
- Experience in large and complex RFP responses, solution design, ability to articulate the value proposition of an overall solution.
- Proven experience and ability to own the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, documents, and artifacts.
- Experience working across a broad range of vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, Cisco, IBM, Dell, Veeam, Rubrik and Palo Alto.
