The Opportunity
Here at Findex we are currently looking for a Senior Technical Learning Specialist to join our Culture, Leadership & Learning team. This is a full-time, initial 6 month contract opportunity, flexible to be based anywhere in Australia.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering technical role-based learning frameworks and solutions to enable Findex’s Culture, Values, Talent, Strategy, and engagement approach to deliver on our Employee Capability Uplift. You will work closely on our employee promise pillars including “Grow your career with us from anywhere” and “Thrive as a team”.
What will your typical week look like?
As a key member of the Culture, Leadership and Learning team you will:
- Build and deliver a learning strategy and program aligned with our high performance culture and business strategy, goals, values and EVP
- Deliver a technical skills learning framework which supports; business needs, compliance requirements, uplifts capability, identifies and fills skill and learning gaps throughout the employee life cycle while promoting internal mobility, career paths and development plans
- Lead the development of role and team-based learning requirements, talent and capability frameworks, and capability assessments for technical skills and talent to support the employee lifecycle
- Program design and delivery, including the facilitation of workshops, assessment, evaluation, and overall program management
- Coaching and advice to learning participants, people leaders and key stakeholders to assist knowledge transfer embedding

Let’s talk about you!
- Cert IV in training and assessment (Highly desirable)
- Technical education related to roles in professional services industry - accounting, financial planning (Preferable but not essential)
- Proven experience designing and delivering effective comprehensive learning programs
- Proficient in delivering targeted programs and solutions to bridge capability gaps and support career development
- Tangible experience in working across multiple levels to lead end-to-end delivery
