73.50 (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation)

Carry out complex tasks as a Senior Technical specialist in the Plan Services section associated with the examination, production and recording of plans and cadastral information. Liaise with clients within the Land Titles Office in relation to cadastral and related legal and procedural matters and assist with quality control and workflow management.

• An Advanced Diploma of Spatial Information Services, or equivalent level, relevant to the nature of the work to be undertaken, as provided by either a university, a vocational education organisation or a registered and accredited training provider.

• Experience in using computer drafting software.
