- Manage the relevant stakeholders to gain on-going support for the platform and program changes and to solicit input to improve the projects and/or obtain decisions and approvals as needed.
- Develop and execute project plans including roadmaps, status reports and alignment to release schedules.
- Able to effectively establish plans, implement and follow governance structures and program priorities.
- Collaborate with a versatile, IT-dominated team to address process changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Advise on the right way to apply standards and methods, ensuring compliance with security and application development standards.
- Managing varied business stakeholders across a multidisciplinary organisation.
- Design high-quality business solutions by contributing to a well thought out Solution Design from a technical and functional perspective.
- Present, document and discuss technology solutions with business and key stakeholders. A strong ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ownership and accountability of the end-to-end technical delivery ensuring a timely and successful delivery covering technical domains such as data, front-end, integration, CRM (Salesforce) and identity. Ensure solid governance and best practices are established in line with Government standards.
- Establish, monitor, and manage strategic relationships with key Digital Transformation service providers, providing the necessary resource expertise and capacity required to meet the objectives of the program and business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in security/cyber reviews of Salesforce platforms, with a preferred experience in Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions
- At least 5 years’ experience managing product delivery time, cost, quality, and risk management objectives are met at a program level, at all phases of the project lifecycles.
- At least 3 years’ experience preparing and implementing communications and change management plans and strategies relevant to the program of works
- Demonstrated ability to understand underlying business problems and the ability to develop solutions from complex business requirements.
- Experience integrating custom applications to Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, Data Security, and data management would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- At least 5 years’ demonstrable experience of CRM implementations (experience with the Salesforce product suite is mandatory).
- Previous Government experience essential.
