The APVMA’s People and Culture team is seeking applications for a People Support Officer to with demonstrated versatility in the provision of administration support.
Operating in a generalist capacity, the successful candidate will complete a range of operational and project work across the team. They will be the first point of contact for general people operational enquiries and represent the People and Culture team in providing advice to internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
The People Support Officer will be required to provide support across a range of functions such as recruitment, employment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, and health, safety, and wellbeing. Day-to-day duties will primarily involve secretariat support, responding to/escalating enquiries, drafting of employment contracts and other employment documents, and assisting with accurate record-keeping and reporting.
