AMSL Aero Pty Ltd is an aviation company that started in 2017, with the core mission to develop the world’s most efficient, zero emissions, Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft.  The team has designed and built Vertiia - the world’s longest range hydrogen VTOL aircraft, that will serve the aeromedical and emergency services, regional passenger and cargo sectors. We are located at Bankstown Airport, and our flight testing site is in central west regional NSW.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Bankstown. You will be playing a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the engineering team. The role will require someone who is proactive, who can operate effectively with limited supervision and is a strong team player. This role will suit someone who wants to contribute to sustainable aviation.

About you

The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role include:

• Engineering / Science diploma / degree or equivalent technical experience 
• At least 3 years' experience in recruitment or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated performance in proactively sourcing candidates and recruiting high calibre talent in technical fields
• Promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion through the recruitment process 
• Ensure productive working relationships are maintained with all internal stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional service to our candidates to ensure the recruitment process is seamless. 
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Competitive remuneration is on offer. The role will be based in Bankstown with the ability to also have a hybrid working arrangement, with some work from home. We are open to flexible working arrangements and different start and finish times for great candidates.
