As a Senior Technical Solutions Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring the Telstra Network meets customer needs within a designated region. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specific technical support and advice to customers and close issues where required, leveraging strong communication skills to succinctly synthesize and present solutions as appropriate
  • Significantly contribute to innovation and improvement of network performance and solutions, authentically engaging with customers to ensure seamless implementation of a solution to customer specifications.
  • Proactively research and identify complex sales opportunities to support leaders in investing in the right products and technologies
  • Develop robust business cases to articulate commercial implications.
  • Partner with the account manager to ensure the customer is informed of the application of new and emerging technology
