As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a key role in shaping organisation's information architecture by designing and developing content that simplifies and enhances user experiences. With a deep understanding of organisation's services, policies, and processes, you'll have the opportunity to transform complex information into user-friendly language for our target audience(s). ✏️ Be the primary subject matter expert and central owner of organisation's standards, ensuring procedures and policies align with ISO or similar frameworks.
✏️ Collaborate closely with various departments to research, outline, write, and edit content that meets business and project requirements.
✏️ Work with development and support leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit existing content, and implement efficient data compilation and centralized storage solutions.
✏️ Develop and maintain information architecture templates that comply with organizational and legal standards, facilitating easy data migration.
✏️ Create user-friendly content in alternative media formats, ensuring a consistent voice across all documentation.
✏️ Support the project office by implementing best practices, optimizing business systems and processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

The Qualifications and Experience we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree/technical qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant technical field.
Professional certification in Technical Writing (e.g., Society for Technical Communication).
4+ years of proven experience as an effective technical writer.
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and comprehend complex subject matter.
Experience using various document creation tools (e.g., Whatfix, Adobe, WordPress, Notepad++, Microsoft, HTML, XML) following best practices.
Industry experience showcasing technical abilities (e.g., scripting/coding languages, publishing software, API knowledge, SaaS).
Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse business functions, driving consensus and collaboration.
Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle).
