The role

Within DEMIRS, our Bonds Administration Branch undertakes important activities to manage the smooth operation of lodging and disposal of bonds for tenants and landlords. You will be part of large and supportive team, working alongside people with great knowledge and experience.

In the fast-paced role of a Senior Tenancy Bonds Officer, you will process bonds transactions, perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with branch procedure and work practices, and provide information to clients to enable them to comply with relevant legislation and seek outstanding information when required.

We are looking for a confident and friendly individual who understands the importance of building a good rapport with our customers. You will also have an ability to use computer systems to undertake a range of administrative duties with an attention to detail and be able to identify and find solutions with a focus on continuous improvements to administrative problems.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 12 months.

This position rotates between our Perth location, 140 William Street and our Cannington location, 303 Sevenoaks Street.
