Position Purpose:
As a Senior Territory Manager, you'll play a key role in achieving performance goals, acquiring new business, and providing technical and clinical support within the hospital environment. With a focus on the Capital portfolio, including robotic Exoscopes and Endoscopes for spine, you'll enhance the sales process and collaborate with the National Sales Managers to ensure the achievement of territory and company objectives.
Key Position Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement an effective territory plan;
- Implement sales and marketing strategies including new product introductions;
- Maintain and expand existing product sales by cultivating customer relationships;
- Provide technical and clinical support during surgical procedures; and
- Organise and support hospital trials and implementations.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or similar;
- 2-5 years minimum experience in Medical Device sales across Capital/Microscopes/Imaging experience preferred; and
- Direct experience working in an Operating Room environment.
