With an automate first development principle and deployment mindset, you will use your subject matter expertise & industry best practices in developing & implementing robust testing frameworks to ensure delivery of a high-quality platform.
- Developing testing frameworks and test plans
- Dynamics 365, leadership skills, and technical experience to ensure alignment to the Platform and Bank strategies by:
- Collaborating with business and technology leadership to optimise Platform performance,
- Shaping new change, both BAU and project, across the Platform to ensure efficient and effective technical decision making to drive business value,
- Contributing a design mindset to evolve technology best practices with our team and suppliers to amplify the capability of the platform
Customer and Enterprise Platforms is responsible for providing the technology applications and features to customers i.e. customer experience (Digital platforms) and to business teams for customer management, growth and services. Hence, plays the key to Great Southern Bank's business and vision of Customer Growth, Operational excellence, and Disciplined Execution.
Customer and Enterprise Platforms has implemented a new Dynamics 365 based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The Test Analyst of CRM will be key role assuring quality, requirements traceability and acceptance of solution by business as well as technology operations.
About you...
- Test experience in Dynamics 365 or Salesforce or similar CRM solution
- Experience in testing of UI, API frameworks and Data flow
- Automation experience with Selenium is highly desired
- Experience in designing and building test automation of UI, integration, and Data validations
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders - internal and external partners
- Good To have - Insight of Banking and Finance sector regulations and compliances
- Overall 8+ years of relevant IT experience involving functional testing and automation
- 3 + years in critical transactional cloud systems preferably Azure
- Hands on with UI, API and Data Flow test automation
- Broad understanding non-functional tests and automation tools for it
- 2 + years of data validations experience will be bonus
