THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Implementation Testing Analyst to play a pivotal role in a major ERP implementation. Located in our Adelaide head office, you will have the responsibility for driving the testing program forwards and ensuring high quality results. You will apply the knowledge and experience you have gained on other ERP implementations.
You will work with the project SMEs to define test scripts, acceptance and exit criteria and all other test requirements. You will monitor and manage the testing program, ensuring that defects are accurately identified and assigned and are triaged through the process in a timely manner, upholding quality standards at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Test Strategy.
- Manage and monitor the testing program including triaging defects and guiding them through the defect process, to resolution.
- Develop testing reporting.
- QA test scripts and ensure consistency and completeness, including validating test scripts cater for positive and negative scenarios, standard workflows and edge cases.
- Report on test results and the overall testing program.
- Develop status updates and contribute to program-level reporting.
- Champion good practice and coach peers on the importance of robust testing.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 5 years of test lead experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on testing experience.
- Testing experience on an enterprise-wide project strongly preferred.
- Testing experience in a fast paced and complex technology environment.
- Professional qualifications in software testing strongly preferred.
- Proven eye for detail and high quality standards.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple streams of testing simultaneously.
- Ability to drive initiatives in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives.
