Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft D365/Power Platform tester.
This role will primarily support two major interdepedent projects; Curricula Renewal and development of a Training Management Platform (TMP) to support the implementation of the new curricula. The role will require you to gain expert knowledge of the software application quickly, as well as, good understanding of the project’s needs and business processes.
Your role:
- Test Planning - Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans based on business requirements and functional specifications for Dynamics 365 applications.
- Test Case Design - Create detailed and well-structured test cases that cover all aspects of the system.
- Execution of Test Cases: Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Defect Identification and Reporting: Document and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Provide clear and detailed information to assist in the debugging process.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new developments and system updates do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and end-users, to understand business processes and requirements and to facilitate effective communication regarding testing activities.
- Automation: Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using tools as per colleges technological strategy
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test results, and testing progress. Provide regular status reports to project stakeholders.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience working in member associations/member based and education organisation
- Experience with D365 CRM Testing
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or relevant testing certifications.
- Excellent requirement analysis skills and ability to translate complex user stories into SIT, UAT and E2E functional test cases.
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Work closely with the project testing team and share knowledge and workload.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile methodologies.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Non-functional and data migration testing
- Experience with automation testing and Load Testing
