About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Test Analyst who will contribute by:
Planning and development of quality test plans, test design and test cases that meet test objectives.
Implement and execute test cases according to documented test design and time frames.
Documenting results and reporting defects.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Platform Engineers and Business Stakeholders to ensure understanding of the requirements and to communicate test status and issues.
Work closely with Test Automation to ensure regression test cases are automated.
Run automated test suite and investigate & address any failures
Working with business and operational departments to assist during UAT cycles.
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments with a sharp focus on success criteria.
Support the Test Lead with test planning, practice development and stakeholder engagement when required.
To be successful, you'll have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in technology, information management, computer science or engineering.
In-depth testing experience in an agile delivery environment as part of medium to large sized project teams.
Demonstrated experience in system, system integration, regression and end-to-end testing
Experience with test management tools such as HP QC, Azure ADO or JIRA
Demonstrated experience with agile software development methodologies.
Demonstrated strong knowledge of data analysis, validation, and quality testing/assessments.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and problem-solve minor/major risks and issues.
Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and present to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Experience with test execution with digital platforms such as CRM, BPM - Pega and Microsoft Suites.
Certification in Testing such as ISTQB is highly desirable.
