We would like to hear from Mechanical Engineers who would like to join their Sydney team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering;
- A minimum of 7+ years’ experience working within the Building Services sector; Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare etc
- Mechanical design of HVAC system design and understand heat load and air flow calculations;
- Confident with static calculations;
- Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and National Construction Codes;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and proactive approach to work, and the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Design and Manage Mechanical (HVAC) Services to meet Australian Standards/Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements.
• Software Proficient: AutoCAD and REVIT and Bluebeam
• Preparation of specifications and reports.
• Attendance at project site’s to perform measurements, data logging and visual observations of the services.
• Attendance and participation in client meetings.
• Leading the Mechanical Team, coordinating with other disciplines, mentoring more junior engineers.
