Some of the duties of this role include:
• Processing, assessing, and reporting on rezoning proposals to amend the statutory planning framework.
• Preparing and implementing precinct plans for new growth areas.
• Identifying infrastructure requirements for new growth areas and rezonings.
• Developing and monitoring planning policy and assessment criteria.
• Advising council on the impact of government reforms and policy changes.
What we are seeking in our newest team member:
1. Drivers Licence (Class C) – NSW;
2. Tertiary Qualifications in Town Planning or related field such as Economics, Architecture, Environmental Science, Geography or similar;
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Town Planning role. [Senior Town Planner]

Salary of $88.7K p.a. plus Superannuation (paid weekly)
Senior Town Planner
Salary of $124K p.a. incl. Car Allowance plus Superannuation (paid weekly).
