Brisbane Travel Centre is a small Boutique Travel Agency located in Brisbane Southside. We are seeking a professional Senior Travel Consultant to join our team of expert Travel advisors specialising in retail and corporate market.
Qualifications & experience
Amadeus GDS experience preferred
Good travel product knowledge with flights, hotels, Car hire, World cruises, Travel insurance
Minimum requirement 3+ years experience.
Tasks & responsibilities
Professional attitude with bubbly personality that is passionate about travel and customer service.
Must have strong attention to detail and highly organised with Corporate/Leisure Domestic and International travel requirements with strong written and verbal communication is essential.
Must be highly organised, ability to prioritise and multitask.
Creative and problem solving abilities.
Strong negotiation and influencing abilities and deliver seamless customer service and exceed expectation.
Flexibility and ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a team.
