Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints. Provide personalised recommendations and itineraries to meet their specific needs.

Booking and Reservations: Utilise your expertise in GDS system / CRM to efficiently make flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel arrangements. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all bookings. Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, rules & regulations and ticketing

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry offerings. Share this knowledge with clients to enhance their travel experiences.

Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot and resolve any travel-related problems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and collaborate with various stakeholders such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals and offerings for clients.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and any relevant information. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Travel Agent min 5 Years Experience with a focus on leisure travel.

Proficiency in using the GDS Systems / CRM for bookings and reservations is essential.

Experienced in Cruise booking is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and products.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
