Your new role
Working as a Senior Underwriter you will be;
Focusing on renewals and managing your own portfolio of brokers
Attending events to grow and develop new business opportunities
Handling complex broker's queries across a range of issues to ensure acceptable outcomes
Building good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to a high and professional standard
Adhering to high Quality Assurance standards and making sure these are maintained
Assist in the implementation of business plans in accordance with Financial Lines and company direction.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;
Knowledge of Professional Indemnity wordings
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a PI Underwriter
Competent knowledge of renewals process
Ability to manage broker relationships
A strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
