About the Role:
Our Valuations team is looking for an experienced, professional, and personable Senior Valuer to conduct valuations for our Industrial and Corporate clients.
Please note that this role will require some interstate and regional travel which will be compensated.
Some of your duties will include -
• Contributing to the growth and profitability of the business by completing valuations for clients from a variety of industries – Both internal and external desk top valuations along with formal sighted valuations requiring travel.
• Liaising with the internal team to ensure compliance requirements are adhered to.
• Ensuring timeliness and quality in every aspect of the Valuations offering, and that valuations are planned and conducted to ensure the best possible outcome for both the client and Grays.
About you?

• Accredited Australian valuations qualifications (ASA/API/AVAA).
• Experience in valuations.
• Extensive experience in successfully building and managing client relationships.
• The ability to manage tight deadlines and conflicting priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in compliance when issuing reports.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• A positive, proactive, team and client-focused attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
