Summary
Due to the recent national expansion of the C&W Alternative Investments business a new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Valuer to join our Brisbane based team.
Job Description
The C&W Alternatives valuations team are responsible for undertaking valuations across (but not limited to) hotels, retirement living, healthcare & social infrastructure, data centre's and the self-storage sector. As a result of growth within the alternatives team we are now seeking a Senior Valuer to join us in our Brisbane office.
About the role
- Contribute to annual fee income targets for team
- Assist the Senior Director in identifying potential business opportunities
- Ensure professional advice is provided thoroughly, accurately and within set deadlines
- Keep own knowledge of relevant legislation and case law up to date
- Broaden market specific knowledge
- Maintain client relationships and liaise with clients on specific projects
- Build an extensive network of contacts to secure data
- Be proactive in working with other managers on valuation duties
- Diligently maintain internal database for sales and leasing information
About you
- CPV Accredited valuations professional with circa 2-4 post qualification experience
- Background in either commercial, industrial, retail or alternatives valuation sectors
- Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport in a client facing role
- Ability to identify opportunities for future growth within the Brisbane market
