Senior Property Valuer

Join one of the largest teams of full-time and contracted valuers, auctioneers and specialist valuation consultants in Australia.

Our client is currently looking to expand their team and they are seeking a Senior Property Valuer with at least 3 years commercial experience to join their team based in Brisbane.
The role will consist of the following:

• Conduct property valuations and prepare reports for various purposes
• Assist the National and Associate Directors in the preparation of commercial/industrial/residential and specialised reports
• Maintain in-house research databases
• Prepare quotations and respond to client enquiries
• Ensure all valuation reports comply with internal processes and meet quality standards
• Update the client database after client meetings and discussions
• Perform all other tasks as required

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Excellent relationship management
• Must be a team player with a desire to contribute in business development activities
• CPV qualification
• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• A varied background and experience with an emphasis on commercial valuations.
