The CompanyOur client is a national civil engineering and environmental services provider. They are looking for a Senior Water Designer to be based in Adelaide.
The Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Water Designer to join their Water team and use their expertise in designing and detailing all aspects of their infrastructure projects.
You will become part of a tightly-knit team that values professionalism, technical and collaborative excellence, while supporting the company's multidisciplinary approach, ensuring that all clients receive optimal solutions. As an experienced Water Designer joining the Water Team, you will play a crucial role within a group of highly skilled specialists who collectively develop infrastructure design solutions related to Water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
The Candidate
In addition to your outstanding teamwork, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills, the following qualifications and experiences would ideally contribute to your success in this role:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience using AutoCAD, 12d, and Inventor.
- Experience with Plant 3D to support in attracting treatment type projects.
- Interest in producing visualization outputs, such as Navisworks, 3dsmax, Infraworks, and Unreal.
- Experience in Water and Sewerage design, including pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and general civil site works.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering quality outputs.
- Solid understanding of SA Water TS100 requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineers.
- Capability to innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
