As we continue to expand our reach and influence in the industry, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Automation Engineer, you'll take the helm in crafting innovative automation systems, from PLC-based control systems to SCADA applications and robotic solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our automation solutions not only meet project requirements but also exceed industry standards for performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of automation systems, encompassing PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMIs, and robotics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into overall plant system designs, ensuring seamless communication and interoperability.
- Oversee the commissioning and testing of automation systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and operating procedures.
- Provide training and support to operators, maintenance technicians, and other stakeholders on the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
- Lead automation projects from inception to completion, managing resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.
Essential Position Requirements:
- Extensive experience in industrial automation, with proficiency in PLC programming and control systems design.
- Strong technical expertise in automation system design and implementation.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
