Role Overview
We're on the lookout for a skilled SaaS Web Designer with a strong emphasis on CRO to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll take charge of crafting and implementing CRO strategies geared towards elevating conversion rates and driving revenue for our clients. Your insights and recommendations will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients maximize the potential of our retainer services. This role will have a lot to do with conversion rate optimization for SaaS web design.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of CRO strategies to enhance conversion rates and revenue for our clients.
Lead in building out Amply's CRO offering, processes, tools, and strategies to boost efficiency and yield better results for our clients.
Collaborate seamlessly with various Amply teams, Design, and Development, to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions.
Develop hypotheses, testing briefs, and reports for A/B tests to steer data-driven decision-making.
Attend monthly client calls and meetings to offer insights on CRO initiatives and explore optimization avenues.
Conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to refine user experiences and foster performance enhancements.
Conduct user research and testing to glean valuable insights into user behavior and preferences.
Implement personalized and segmented strategies to tailor experiences to diverse audience segments effectively.
Leverage session recordings, heatmaps, funnels, and user journey analysis to extract actionable insights.
Deeply understand our clients' products, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and competitors to provide insights on how to increase website conversion rates and better connect with their ICP.
Execute design and development tasks to implement UX/UI enhancements and optimizations.
Requirements
Experience in SaaS web design, particularly focusing on CRO.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, along with CRO research tools (A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings, etc.).
Strong grasp of CRO principles, user research methodologies, and A/B testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for effective cross-functional teamwork.
Analytical mindset with a knack for extracting insights from data and translating them into actionable recommendations.
Experience in web design and development is advantageous.
A portfolio showcasing previous SaaS web design work and CRO projects.
Nice to Have
Previous product design experience
Previous experience in agency-client relationship management
Experience with tools like VWO, Mutiny, Optimizely, Clarity, Hotjar, Webflow, Figma, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Optimize.
